Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult!
I don't know if I'm just getting older but the hangovers seem to be getting worsre everytime I drink. I never used to get the shakes never even understood what people were talking about, but now the next day (like today) I shaking so bad I'm having a hard time typing.

Did anyone else expierence this as they got older or am I just turning into a Vag.

Oh yeah. My hangovers are horrible now. Upgrading the liquor I drink has helped considerably. I pretty much stick to clear, top shelf liquor (darker, cheaper liquors have more impurities which can make a hangover worse). As for beer...eh, there's not much you can do there. Just take a multivitamin with your Advil in the morning and drink lots of water. That usually helps me.

As you get older you just need to prep yourself more ahead of time, that’s all. Make sure you gather all the essentials first before a hard day/night of drinking: bottle of Chaser, aspirin/pain pills, Tums, Alka-Seltzer, Visine, Gatorade and most important: Hair of the Dog the next day. :)

Make sure you are hydrated before you start.....the best way is by drinking pedialite.

Ibupropen before bed (never tylenol). Multivitamins everyday.....airborne the morning you wake up with your multivitamin.

Never drink during a flight- only water or juice. For some reason I get dehrdrated on planes.

It all adds up.

All good advice.

I also take an acid reducer like Tagamet before going to bed as well as the ibuprofen and water.
