This door would be easy but the door is aluminum and doesn't have pre-cut door latches. Drilling through the aluminum isn't easy. Had trouble finding a bit that eould even work. Ended up having to use a unicorn bit and an electric drill. A cordless drill couldn't get through it.

It would cost over $100 for Lowe's to install it. The door itself was about $290 I believe.

You should of used a self centering bit, IN which you can buy a whole kit that are made for cutting for soft metals from harbor freight for under 10 bucks. Not the best of qualityt bit for how much you would use them definately a steal. Plus with the sharper bits a cordless drill should of been fine as long as you don't have some wimpy 13.2v drill.
