Just a little input:
On the new March Playlist update for Halo Reach (which 343i has total control over now) they have added "Heavies" to the Big Team Battle game type options that you vote and and decide from. Of the different versions(maps variations etc...) of Heavies that are available at least one of them is uses skill modifiers where a head shot gets you 2 or 4 points and other kills or contributions show up within the game score differently than normal slayer or big team settings. Just pointing this out because I think 343i is using this as a collection pool for data for Halo 4. Not the only tool used for getting this data but just feeling out the community so to speak. They also take the cap off of the total score and you play the entire game regardless of what the final score is at any point. So, the final may be 136 blue team to 197 red team. It seems very reflective of the small clip seen in the Halo 4 game trailer.
