Hacked?

I use IE both at work and at home. The problem only occurs at work...I think it's because I have BP loaded under "trusted sites" on my home browser but not at work (work has browsers locked down so that no one can even access the "Tools/Internet Options" menu).

For what it is worth DNSTools reports back that the IP (83.149.65.105) address is in a pool from Amsterdam:
A per month domain name seller / holder.
