LOL at commerical gyms in general
1. Weight limits on bars
2. No chalk policy (keep in mind I still will take the time to clean it off the bar afterwards)
3. People who talk in general about anything other then training while they are actually training (other then doing cardio)
4.Gyms that put weight rooms and the second floor of a building and actually have the balls to walk up and ask you not to drop a 600+pull loudly..
5 People who stare at you while you are training instead of asking what you are doing and what it benefits after the set.
6.People who ask for advice yet act upset when they realize that nothing comes easy.
7. People who are in a gym and act strange that someone takes a workout seriously.
8.People who smell
9.People who were built just like you when they were your age only better..
10.People who bitch about being fat,but yet really never have taken the time to research a productive diet,and just use being fat as an excuse to be fat.
