well as was previously mentioned by other people, when people come to work out and talk 90% of the time and i see them once a week and they do the same thing every time by talking, then i can somewhat question their devotion.

Actually you can't. Because you don't know what their goal is in the gym, you also aren't with them every day. You don't know their eatign habits, metabolisim, and medication they may be on that would effect body weight etc. You need to know someones goals to know how devoted they are to that goal, and observing them for an hour in the gym isn't going to give you that answer.

Ah, regarding the normal person, that is correct. But not Jeffcat. We have a special one on our hands.

Someone taking a dump in the locker room, stinking up the ENTIRE place. I mean, seriously, if you gotta deuce, at least do it at home before coming to the gym. The WORST is in the upstairs bathroom in the RPAC by the indoor track. I'm on that track during the winter and the absolute LAST thing I need after running sprints is to walk into the bathroom while someone is dropping bombs. Gross.

Also challenging Troy Smith to a game of badminton, which he never played before, and still managing to get beat. After getting whupped in basketball, I figured, what rec sport is there that we might be able to beat him at. Turns out it's not badminton. Man, I'm going to miss college.

he's on the right, hence the underarmour skull cap. I probably should have given him the antifreeze.

well if they go to a gym for the purpose of working out and end up not working out then i really find their devotion to their purpose rather questionable.
