Government Lingo Question

For states I'm pretty sure it varies from state to state, and what type of session. Legislative session is a umbrella term that covers budget, general, and special sessions. For the Feds it's longer than 90 days.

i worl for the state of ohio. sesion is much longer than 90 days. during this year being that it is a state budget year, they will be in session about 9 months this year. even in the 3 momsession months, they still filter legislation drafting requests and research requests to our office.
