blissfully stupid
Ted Ginn Jr. was considered by many to be the nation's best high school football player from the class of 2004. He has seen more hype than production for most of his career, but Buckeye fans continue to claim that "Teddy Gameday" is among the best in the nation. Ginn has put up inflated numbers against poor defensive teams, but has struggled against the elite with the exception of Michigan. In 2004, Ginn had over 200 total yards and a td against the wolverines. Michigan shut down Ginn much of the game in 2005 until Ginn had 3 key receptions on Ohio State's last scoring drive late in the fourth quarter. Ginn's speed makes him a threat to score every time he touches the ball, but has also shown his inability to catch the ball on punt returns. If Ginn ever lives up to the hype, he will be a nightmare for opposing coaching staffs. Ginn may easily be the most hated buckeye in 2006. See 2005 Award For Most Overrated Player.

For legal purposes we must state that this list does not necessarily mean that these players were charged or convicted of the above charges.
