Good times in the Superdome

Since you guys have first hand experience I have a question. I went to superdome.com and printed a map of the dome and it looks like almost all the lots are parking garages (except for lot 3 and 4 and 3 employee lots)? Is this correct, or are there lots further out that their stadium map doesn't show? It seems like it would be awful weird tailgating inside a parking garage?

I also remember that we had a huge blizzard up here and had our flight canceled and the earliest we could leave was three days later (no rental cars for miles). The folks at the Hyatt put us up for $25 a night due to the situation and I ate and drank my way up and down Bourbon St for four days after the game. On the plane ride home, my husband kindly shielded me with a USA Today newspaper as I paid for my transgressions.:tongue2:
When we got to the airport, my husband had to borrow a shovel to dig our car out and when we got home!
Good times, good times!!

Yeah there will be few tailgating options and most of those will be taken by LSU fans. They will beat you to the punch just based on proximity.
