Not sure if you are big fan of dogs or a Disney movie, but Eight below has been getting good reviews and was the highest grossing movie last weekend.

Not really. If you have an art house near you I would say check out Capote or Squid and the Whale the latter of which is actually not a bad movie, pretty good. But interest in the its subject matter might be limited.
I thought Munich was an interesting movie..not 'great' but 'interesting'.

My five year old felt "Curious George" was too long. Hope that helps.

if you enjoy kidnapping movies that are as cliche' as they come then Firewall is right up your alley....actually as far as mindless fun goes its not all that bad.

This is out on dvd, it really wasnt a popular movie in the theatres but itsa prolley the funniest movie ive ever seen. Its called Waiting. I suggest you give that a rent
