Getting Microsoft Office, Windows XP

I recently had to replace my hard drive on my computer and now am missing a bunch of programs I use to have. I now only have Wordpad but need to use Office and Xp, I don't have the disks anymore... does anyone know where I can download these for free?

Umm.....you can get it on isohunt.com, using Azureus. Not the legal way of doing it, but your not going to get it for free doing it the legal way.

Get Open Office. Works like MS Office, but is free.

You can save it as a Word document in Open Office. Just be sure to use "Save As."

I haven't used it too much, but it looks plenty good, and it can use all of Micro$oft's formats.

open office is the way to go for home use. it can open and save all docs related to MS, plus i think it runs faster - less overhead.

Add another home OpenOffice user to the mix. Works great and have not had any conversion issues between OO and MS Word.
