Getting a popup that says my flash player is outdated

I keep getting this pop up that says: "Warning your flash player is outdated...." it only happens when I'm on this site.

I'm getting this too. The Flash Player Installer it's trying to send people to is:

This is a SoftLayer address, not an Adobe address. SoftLayer is a rack host/cloud provider notable for being one of the most hacked racks in the world. SoftLayer IPs host a lot of spam and malware.

I went directly to Adobe's Flash upgrade site and downloaded the latest flashplayer19_d_install file, which it turns out I already had in both Firefox and Chrome (v 19.0.0.226).

This redirect is definitely malware.

Getting this as well. Thankfully if that address loaded second is trying to download/install something behind the scenes it won't matter for me on my Mac.
