Went out to buy some new running shorts and running socks after the game. Some guy in a BMW SUV passes us on the 15/501 here in the North Carolina research triangle with Buckeye flags flying and about 24" Brutus Buckeye magnetic figures on the doors. (If you are on here friend, way to represent!)
So, when I get into the running store, they have the Domer game on four TVs. When I saw the 19-3 score, I nearly cried with laughter, saying out loud "Charlie Weis, offensive genius, just wait until I have my own recruits!"
The entire staff fell about laughing, one of them is a huge Domer fan and it was just too much for them.
By the way, I didn't realize you could buy Balega running socks here. They are made in South Africa from an advanced technical fabric that really is cooler while allowing perspiration to wick away. Good stuff.
But geez, guys, a good day for us. A nice win and Notre Dame and TSUN. Worth celebrating!
