Georgia Dome Conversions...

I can only imagine what all those workers where thinking when they were told that they would have to repaint that stadium 3 times in 80 hours.

Painting the field is the absolute worst part of coaching high school football...we finally got a powered paint machine, but as much as it clogs, the old carts come rolling out every week. I volunteered to drive the JV bus every thursday just to get out of painting...

I have a CDL...passenger, school bus, or any single unit vehicle with GVWR of 26,001 or more lbs. or towing vehicle of less than 10,000 lbs.

Coaches are required to get the CDL so we do not have to pay drivers..

At my school we have two of those power painters(whatever they're called?). The guy(who does it for free) that paints uses the power painter when he is painting the football field for football games. For soccer games they use the hand cart. When the practice field was to be painted, they used the hand carts. He would paint it every week. Did a pretty good job at it too. When we were facing Brookhaven one of the former coaches came out with cans of yellow spray paint and hand painted a cougar on the field. No stencils at all.

One week our guy that paints the field was out and the coaches had to paint it. So the head coach(Tom Dunlap) and the AD(Jerry Bell) were out there before the game painting. One of the coaches was like, who's painting the field? Another coach said "Tom and Jerry".:tongue2:

Now could I have the middle names of the coach and AD along with the kind of paint used to add to the minutia of your post?
