Georgia QB Carson Beck may start in place of injured JT Daniels vs. UAB, per report
Georgia quarterback Carson Beck will likely get his first career start on Saturday when the second-ranked Bulldogs host UAB in the home-opener at Sanford Stadium, according to Seth Emerson of The Athletic. Junior JT Daniels has been limited in practice this week due to an injury in his midsection and considered day-to-day.

OK, that's how Georgia bet South Carolina 40-13, Georgia had 100 5 stars players on their defense. If true, that could be an NCAA violation unless 15 of them aren't on scholarship.

Rumor has it one one of Woodys early great fullbacks he put an L on the backs left hand and a r on the right one. Then the QBs said so and so it’s a hand off left.

When I was attending Ohio State in the late 60s there was a rumor* going around that a few years earlier an All-American fullback had handed in an "in class" English theme paper type written. Might be the same guy.....
* I have no idea if it was actually true or not.

Georgia wants Arch Manning (and so does everyone else)
Manning is one of the most sought-after recruits in the 2023 class -- and not just because he's Peyton and Eli's nephew.
Manning, the No. 2 recruit overall and the top quarterback in his class, already has offers from Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss, Tennessee and Texas, among others. He hasn't said much about his recruitment and is now starting to take visits.
So it's a big deal when coaches can get him on campus the way Georgia did this past weekend for its game against South Carolina. Fans knew he'd be there and went the extra mile to let him know they want him to choose their school, painting their backs to spell out "We want Arch."
