Disappointed in the result but not the effort. Obviously need to get better shooting as a team, and its a glaring problem area with Battle leaving. Other than him most of these guys aren't very good at the 3 point shot & miss too many open ones. Missing Scotty Middleton today was huge - he definitely could have made some of them to give the team a lift. Also need to be better at finishing around the basket.

Sad thing was the first 3 wasn’t drilled. It hit the rim and the backboard before it fell in to stop the 17-0 run. Very lucky.

True. You don’t see that often, especially with a 3 from the wing. How that managed drop in after hitting the rim and high off the glass defies odds.
The 2nd one was drilled - and I thought maybe had a toe on the line but I didn’t rewind. Might have been biased eyes here.

I keep thinking how much they missed Scotty not playing today. Not only did they need his shooting ability, but some of those OSU regulars (esp Roddy) were gassed down the stretch & one more good reserve getting some minutes could've made a real difference.

Disappointing, but this team ended the year with their self-respect restored. I'm certainly not the only one who didn't see 20 wins as a 0% probability at one point this year.
