The loser is presumably out of the race to the BCS Title Game.
Unless the game doesn't end in regulation.

I figured as well as LSU plays at home - that number would be at 6.5 (at least).
We did dodge a bullet since it's not a night game.
Hey Nutriarch - cajuns don't wake up and start drinkin' till 1:00 right? You guys won't be that fired up will ya?
NightmaresDad;1300592; said:Will LSU have their "extra linebacker" referee working this game for them? That might just make a difference.
I presume that if the W-L record doesn't actually prove LSU is a better team at night, that would be due to the quality of competition in the night games?Nutriaitch;1299327; said:Lots of people say it's just BS superstitions that LSU plays better at night.

Don't know that I've ever caught a titanic 8:00PM clash between LSU and UL-Monroe on ESPN, FWIW ... :p

Huge bullet dodged by it being a day game.
Lots of people say it's just BS superstitions that LSU plays better at night.
But I have been to many games both day and night. The entire campus just "feels" different for night games. There is no comparisons between the two energy levels.
