What in the world has happened to UGA's defense? When SC and Tenn rack up 40 plus points on you, you know things are bad. Those are 2 of the worst SEC offenses I've seen this year. I guess that's why recruiting class rankings don't win championships. You still need to develop players/leaders/winners on the field to be successful. Makes you appreciaite what this Buckeye staff is able to do w/ the talent they recruit evey year even more.

Their own offense and special teams.

111th in the nation in turnovers lost, 118th in the nation in margin, and 115th in the nation in kick off return defense. In four different games they've had at least three turnovers.

Three of Tennessee's scoring drives began in Georgia territory. Four of USC's scoring drives began in Georgia territory. Arkansas's first three scoring drives ... LSU on two possessions ... three of Oklahoma State's scoring drives covered 32-yards or less ... one of Arizona State's TDs was an INT return.

Of course, it's not all on the offense and the special teams. I think Georgia's secondary has shown themselves vulnerable. Regardless, Georgia would statistically look much better, and probably be 5-1 or 4-2, if a full half of the scoring drives they've surrendered on the season weren't 35 yard drives or shorter.

And the defense had some pretty bad games last year too. 41 to Bama, 38 to LSU, 49 to Florida, 38 to Kentucky (!!), 45 to GT.
