Gary Pinkel (Missouri HC)

Easy guys...he's from Kenmore. It's expected that graduates of that high school have at least 3 DWI/DUI's in their life. He's a late bloomer.

I gotta defend Kenmore.. some of my very best friends played with Pinkel... and that team pulled the upset of the century in the Akron Turkey Day championship game...

Kenmore played the Garfield Rams (rated #6 in state).. BJ prediction was a Rams victory by 42... Garfield had many D1 players including Larry Poole who was beyond amazing and played many years in the NFL.. a 210 lb stud who was also State Champ in the high hurdles.. plus numerous other 1st team All Staters.. and 10 starters on the Akron City All Star team

Kenmore was loaded with 150 lb LBs and 170 lb linemen... but huge hearts, and a very gutsy QB and talented receiver (Gary Pinkel)... Kenmore 21 - Garfield 12 .. and the motto AVERAGE PLAYERS WIN BIG GAMES and FIRST DOWNS AREN'T TOUCHDOWNS.. Pinkel was a star player

but Kenmore did have some serious partiers in college.. FUN dudes

Knew a few players on that team and Coach Fortner--and was at the game (tackle eligible, tap sneak and a brawl to boot!)

Anyways, Pinkel could do the hood solid by just beating the tigers from Alabama --thereby making sure America won't be disgraced--then riding off into the Pacific NW sunset to resurrect Don James' legacy.
