Didn't see this posted. Saw this in the paper this morning...Gary Danielson is moving to CBS from ABC. He called a lot of OSU games for ABC...I know a lot of people around here like him. Personally, I think this sucks, because CBS doesn't really televise any decent games (unless you love the SEC) and this means a lot of the C level talent at ABC will be moved up.
 
there was no better commentator in football, for my money. I was still holding out hope (delusional, I know) that they would pair danielson and nessler (what a combination that would be).

Maybe spielman will join musberger for The Game next year :p

That would make up for all the years of Griese (sp) talking about how great his son was.

Michigan and ND fans both complained about musberger's pro osu-bias this year, so maybe people are getting quite worked up over nothing. You obviously missed the UM bball game this year where he was ripping on the wolverines left and right, and comparing our 3 point assault to troy smith's long bombs... later using video to rub it in again. Matta wore a rainbow-ish tie last game, what does that one mean? Oh yeah, it means its just a tie.

Musberger just bandwagons whatever team's kicking a$$ in the game he's calling, which I found incredibly annoying when watching Coop-coached OSU-UM games, but which now explains why PSU and UM fans would think that way. :biggrin:

and he gets caught up in the emotion of the game. say what ever you want about him but you cant deny he calls game witha a passion.

When you first started wacthing the game and you saw what he was wearing, whatd you think? Matta also wasnt on a broadcast team that has been slightly biased against ohio state. Not to mention wearing another teams colors not just on a tie, but ALL OVER.. and none the less, in the biggest college riviarly of all.
