If you like digital download for PC, there are tons of deals out there. I just pre ordered Deux Ex Human Revolution through Green Man Gaming for $34 plus a $5 credit on my account for being new to GMG (FYI...DE Human Revolution gave the game early to PC Gamer and they gave it a 94/100). Green Man Gaming, from every thing I have heard, is very reputable and based in the UK. It's not one of the shady sites that re sells Russian keys. They don't have a ton of games, but the ones they do have are cheap compared to most other places. You can also get a 10% coupon by filling out their survey (although you cannot add it to the 20% one time coupon).

Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is available for pre order at Newegg for $47.99 on all platforms. May not end up being the best deal, but you never know. Still a good deal and no "credit" with purchase.

Word. And Amazon sometimes has cool/good preorder promotions. Gamestop has the best for battlefield 3 IMO though. I'm probably going to preorder Halo through newegg though.
