Man - Spurrier has done so much more in his first SEC campaign as the other USC Head Coach than anyone predicted at the beginning of the year.

Georgia now only needs to win 1 game against Auburn or Kentucky to clinch a berth in the SEC championship game.

The South Carolina win broke a 14-game win streak for Florida in the series. Last win had been in 1939 for the 'Cocks.

There are few cries from South Bend lately about Urban Meyer passing on that job for the Gators.

though i am not on meyer's bandwagon by any stretch of the imagination, he is coaching players he never recruited for an offensive style that requires certain types of players. meyer will likely be given the boot in a few years if he can't produce with players he's recruited. if the sports administrators at florida had a clue about him, they knew that the first couple years may be shaky.

edit: also, he's an ohio state product, so let's give him some credit.
