The problem I have with this particular 3-and-long run is that they ran it to the right side, leaving a long field goal try on the right hash. Those are the kicks that Nugent even used to miss. And there it is, Huston just missed it. That's a coaching mistake.

I believe he was following his play-by-play man's lead by calling him Coleman.

These calls would be fine in a close ball game, but we are looking for the nail in the coffin before the half.....running the draw is to predictable....Smith has had all day to throw, so the pressure hasnt been a problem.

Huston missed the 49 yard try........blame that miss on the staff.....bad play calling is holding this offense back TODAY.

Both.

...and guys, I will be honest as I can be here, but I haven't had an issue with the playcalling thus far. I thought it was exceptional on the FG drive...until we got deep in the redzone. That is where the glaring absence of a dependable power back became obvious.

This reminds me of PSU last year, absolute domination...except on the scoreboard.

TG made at least one move and then it was just pure speed. Very impressive.

I don't know what coverage everyone else has, but I have ESPN extra or something and it sucks. I keep watching balloons float in front of the cameras. There is almost no instant replay either. My favorite was the announcers talking about how TG and SH lost the last punt in the sun when you can see from their shadows the sun is to their backs.

Take out the word TODAY, and insert PAST 5 YEARS.
