Does anyone have a certain tradition they do for Buckeye GameDay? Like wear the same boxers or socks, eat a peticular meal, destroy tomatoes, cry while masturbating, or drink from the same glass? Stupid shit that means nothing except to you.

Have my game day coffee cup. Always wear tOSU colors/gear right down to the skivies.

If on campus and going to he game, Always park at the same location. Grab a Tommy’s sub and go to the Skull session.

if you're doing it correctly, you're using 80 grit sandpaper while blasting Death Metal at top volumes and hitting yourself in the face with a ball peen hammer.

Wake up and play Hang On Sloopy full blast. Wear my lucky Buckeyes socks. Always pick my jersey based on away/home colors. My dog (Urban) wears a Buckeye scarf and gets a treat for every TD during the game, or after the game if I go to an alumni game watch or an actual game. It's a beautiful system.

And if I go to a home game, always Adriatico's before the game if it is later or Buckeye Donuts if it is earlier. Then Skull Session and a little tailgating, then get in to the 'Shoe early.

I drink a fifth and watch a rerun of The Big Chill. I’m in a murderous rage by noon.

If the Buckeyes don’t win by 50, I drink more and get into a darker, more murderous rage.

Then I head down to an old folks home looking for tsun festooned geriatrics that need thrown down some stairs to speed up their meeting with Woody.

That usually helps me feel a little better but I don’t bring the kids with me. That would be sick.

Typically…

1. Wake up in a blind rage
2. Take the dogs out
3. Go get my caffeine fix
4. Go get my game day food and drink
5. Check the buckeye media
6. Mix my first drink
7. Turn on a movie
8. 1 hour before the game begin food preparation
9. Pound a few more drinks
10. Turn on the game just in time for kickoff (I watch zero game day media).

If I wake up. Cool. Then continue my usual hate filled ranting and then log on to this mess of inhumanity and vent for a couple hours. Then go back to my sunny disposition for the neighbors and delivery people.

Buckeye Donuts is an institution, one of the last ones still standing on High Street with all the nonsense up there. The owner when I went to school was this awesome Russian lady that remembered me (I would go in for a breakfast sandwich, tots and a coffee 3-4 times a week) and she almost always gave me a free donut. Miss being able to go there on a regular basis, those were the days.

I make buckeyes the day after thanksgiving. They last through CCG - when all goes well. And then i make more the day after christmas.
