Kevin Hartsfield said Georgia, Ohio State, Texas. Miami, Michigan and Oregon were among the first schools he heard from when communication opened for the 2028 class on June 15th.
Said he loves to compete and wants to go somewhere with a loaded RB room that he can trust, he doesn’t want to carry the load himself.

Something to monitor in regards to RB recruiting, Kevin Hartsfield is rumored to be transferring to the 2027 class. Birm said he had heard of the possibility of this move around a month ago with Ohio State being a potential landing spot. He’s expected to visit for the Michigan game.

Miami and Georgia are the leaders right now but that likely changes with a reclassification. Georgia won’t pay him and Kemon Spell. Now if Spell were to flip to USC, then that opens up money for Georgia.

Big fan of Hartsfield. 6ft-210, with good vision, power, north-south runner. He's physical and can turn those 6-7 yard runs into 20+ gains. I'd be thrilled if OSU could land him over Miami and UGA if he reclassified.

There’s a poster on TOS with knowledge of the family saying Hartsfield’s dad is from Ohio and is a huge OSU fan and the dad wants him at OSU. Said the staff hasn’t pushed as hard yet but if they did they could get him.

Maybe misinterpretation but I took this to mean he heard it as a possibility for Ohio State seeing as how he only talks to Ohio State people.
