Ironically since OSU was the first HDTV game, it took place in West Virginia, however this is the first time an HD crew has shown a game in the shoe!!!!

Be proud, we are the greatest university and we are finally seeing technology, 8 yrs after we broke ground in a visitor stadium!!!

yes... it was broadcast by 10tv however it wasn't national but it was the first college game broadcast in HD 9/5/1998. Remember hammering Mark Bulger and Amos Zerowae?
