God I wish we had "an eye for an eye" punishment system.

Oh yes the very old Code of Hammurabi. It is pretty wise and in this situation I could almost agree with that type of punishment. But we must also remember the wise words of Mahatma Gandhi "an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind." I think this kid needs to be punished and scarred shitless but I think there is still hope for the young one. Hope someone turns his life around soon.
