I've gotten the MLB package down here for the last 2-3 years. Its well worth it IMO.
Thats said, if you live in the Cincy or Cleve market's and don't care to see other teams that much, its probably not. 90% of all your home teams games will be blacked out. All I lose is Marlins and D Rays but they are on my regular Fox Sports Florida.
