FREE NCAA 2009 Rosters

One of the NCAA designers said that after you save the file (a new name as well) restart your system and only edit a few teams otherwise it'll start freezing like it has been to the ones who edited the files. This is until they release a patch

When are they going to release the patch? Does anybody have rosters for ps3?

I guess the patch may come out tonight. Should I go with this Lanteri87's rosters until then? Anybody got an accurate roster yet? How about for Ohio State? Man this is killing me!

I think so...I've seen a few problems with roster files that were before the patch trying to be used post patch and it froze and everything like the glitch. I'd say if it doesn't/won't take long, I'd redo it, but if it took you quite a while, just leave them unless we run into problems using them.

Last night I worked on the Ohio State roster for NCAA 2009. All of the information is listed in an Excel file that is linked below. Please provide any feedback.

Send big files the easy way. Files too large for email attachments? No problem!

The only thing I see the roster I linked, other than Howard being # 18, is that it lists Flash as #15 instead of #7.

Aha, I obviously hadn't viewed the spreadsheet prior to making my last post.

Here's an abbreviated version of the lloydman's spreadsheet and Jwins' notes:

Simple player changes (preserve original ratings during edit)
Posey #8 (use Thomas) = FR
Thomas #7 (use Henton) = Should be 15? (Trapasso) = FR

Needed edits:
T. Boekman = Make team captain
B. Browning = Dark skin needed
K. Wells = Dark skin needed
J. Hines = SO: change from (RS)FR
A. Sweat = #42: change from 39
M. Brewster = C: change from RT

Recommended Player creates via edits
J. Martin #41 FB (use Olson: injured, +2 spd, -AWR) = FR
J. Boren #65 G (use Skinner: injured) = Jr to redshirt first year (transfer)
B. Buchanan #85 K (use Posey: above changes) = Should be 17 (Boeckman) = FR

Potential Players to edit for creates
S. Lane (non-starting upper classman)
N. Patterson (non-starting upper classman)
E. Clifford (questionable future)

Potential creates (only space for 2)
Ryan Lukens #49 (5th)SR
Any other missing player expected to contribute

Edits to consider going forward:
T. Washington: Should be #5 (Chekwa)
R. Small: #4 to #82

I figure a list like this should be easy to access and edit going forward. Anyone can edit or append it by quoting and changing.

I made all of the changes except for small's #, and creating lukens... for the pre-patch roster.

No way could I go through and edit the rosters for ALL of the teams lol. It's frustrating enough doing it for one team, let alone all of them.

I mostly did OSU, and a few key adds/drops for some teams in our dynasty.
