Free Coffee at Starbucks

I see people waiting 20 min for a "free" small cup of coffee. I think that's worth about $1.85, so that means these people value their time at $5.55 per hour - well below the minimum wage.

I love these promotions - it allows me to buy my coffee across the street much faster......

Seriously. It just shows the amount of fucking morons we have in this country. Heard a co-worker talking last week about waiting 40 minutes in the gas line at Costco so he could save about $10 on a fillup for his truck (not counting the gas he wasted idling all that time).

Almost like the free tacos at Toxic Hell(Taco Bell) last Tuesday between 2:00~6:00!! It had something to do with the World Series! Not worth it! Yet they come in car loads like it is a lottery win.!!!!:slappy:

Both of our mothers grew up in tough times and often had little to eat(a tomato from the garden for supper) and just love free food of any kind. We laugh at their gorging and love of buffets, but it is totally understandable. :tongue2:
