LeGree, a former Bearcat point guard, had been a member of the coaching staff for five years. Newport, Ky., police say he was arrested early Saturday.
Cincinnati said Monday that his resignation is effective immediately.
In March, LeGree had been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, but was acquitted by a Hamilton County Municipal Court jury. LeGree had been diagnosed with a sleeping disorder. He was reinstated to the staff in July.

Unless you're Bob Huggins, in which case there's a bit of flexibility.

The university issued a statement on Monday, saying that he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and violation of one-way traffic.
Ahh ... driving drunk the wrong direction down a one-way street and squeezing four W's out of a football team that would rather be at The Greenery than on the practice field.

Welcome to Athens, Frank.

:sad2:

I will say one thing... he went the wrong way on a one way street. But if you have ever driven in Athens you know why everyone walks. Heck, completely sober I have gone the wrong way on those crazy one-way streets there.

But I will wait until we find out his BAC before I go crazy or not. The limits are so low now adays 1-2 beers is over the limit.

The moment I saw this thread, I knew it had punchline written all over it.

I do feel bad for OU, though. Even their apparent savior can't get away from the happy juice down there. Here's hoping that the administration can punish him without firing him.
