Former Browns Fan Needs Help!

1. I would say stick with your team. Through thick and thin. It's kinda like a marriage....

2. If you want to switch - you should root for the Cowboys! They have so many buckeyes on their team it is amazing... + they are AMERICA'S TEAM!! so don't be unamerican - vote cowboys!
oh yeah...and that little thing about 5 time super bowl champs.......

We all know it's tough, but you got to hang in there. I've been close to going down the same road. But then I realized that I was from ohio, not california or some horrible place where you can root for a different team every week and be just like your neighbors. I realized I was from the cradle of football and the home of paul brown. I realized I needed to sack up and quit acting like such a bitch and move on to complaining about my team the way only a true browns fan can complain. Besides, how could you root against Darnell Sanders?

More than that, I could make a pretty long list of bad decisions coach cooper made and append to that list another sizeable list of past and present buckeye's with overblown egos. Did you consider not rooting for the buckeye's after the second South Carolina Outback bowl loss? That's right. Somebody needs to smack some sense into you man.

bucksoldier...Didn't mean to dawg on the bengals, was just doing a comparison. Your right though, they very well may be the best pro team in ohio right now but still I don't think any respectable fan would jump off one bandwagon (the browns) and join their instate rivals (bengals)...it just wouldn't be right.

Well, it looks like the consensus is that I should scak up and stick with the Browns through thin and thinner, so I guess I'll give it a try. It's still going to be difficult.

Good suggestions on the Colts; I'll follow them more closely this year, and maybe root for them in the playoffs, when the Browns will already be on vacation.
