For you Buckeyes making the trip out to East Lansing....

MSU needs to find a clue. Part of me thinks that we need to tear down Spartan Stadium and start over. It's been the same tired ass story for the last 30 odd years. Anyway, good luck to you guys.

Try forty....

From 1950-1966 (17 seasons), MSU had a record of 117-37-4 (.753 pct), with seven national championships (three recognized, 1952, 1965, 1966).

From 1967 to date (40 seasons), MSU has a recrod of 217-218-9 (.499 pct), with three Big Ten championships (one outright, 1978).

Please do us a favor and take JLS with you when you go home.

God, no. I wouldn't want that guy even saying the words "Ohio State."

Though I wish nothing bad toward Michigan State's fans or players, or even toward the school or the city of East Lansing, I do take comfort in the fact that Ohio State's chances of beating Michigan State increase with John L Smith on Michigan State's sideline. For that reason, alone, I hope that he has a home at Michigan State for a long, long time.

The 1978 B10 Championship was outright? You sure? Thought it was a tie with UM.

What about the 1987-88 B10 Championship? I think that was the outright championship.

UM felt that same way about Cooper all those years. That guy came within a whisker of how many undefeated seasons?

That makes me want to vomit. I can't believe we continue to sell out our season tics and every seat for every game with that track record. Us Spartan fans are amazing fans but we get taken advantage of by our crappy administration.

I hope you guys appreciate where you are at with your program cause the other end of the spectrum sucks. Please do us a favor and demolish UM. I think I would shoot myself if those guys win a BCS championship.

Yes, what would you recommend for out of town fans to do both on Friday night and gameday?

And just to clarify, we are a group of 27 year old guys, so we are probably looking for a fun bar or entertainment area. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

There are a crap load of Bars on GrandRiver. Its setup basically the same way as High Street (?? don't know if i got the name right). If you are looking for a good "booty" club (hot chicks tight pants) goto Rick's or Harper's downtown. Get there early as the places get packed if you wait till 10-11pm.

If you are looking to drink some good beer and relax, i suggest heading over to Harpers upstairs. Its a microbrew joint. There is also a BW3's. Some other landmarks are The Riv, PT O'Malley's, the Landshark, and Peanut Barrel.

You guys should have fun. There is no shortage of fine bars in E.L.
