Just curious, where did you see this ratio? I think there is plenty of trivial rep handed out on the OD board.

??? I'm sure Deported received plenty of chiclets on the poly board. Slick took grief (& likely chiclets) for his tired schtick on every other board, why would the poly forum be any different?

allocate your time on the board wisely to avoid loss of job, wife, or anything else
don't expect to become a mod overnight, it takes much training and an abundance of qualifications and experience to reach that lofty goal
