Can Phillly add their name to this list of major professional league playoff teams that won a 7-game series after being down 0-3?

1942 Toronto Maple Leafs (over Detroit Red Wings)
1975 NY Islanders (over Pittsburgh Penguins)

2004 Boston Red Sox (over NY Yankees)

That minor league hockey team in Cincy doesn't make the list. :wink2:

A 3-0 Boston lead became 3-2 early in the 2nd period. If Philly can tie it up, there will be some clenched sphincters on the Bruins.

And there it is. 3-3 in the middle of the 2nd period.

Boston goalie Tuukka Rask is having to play like a nose tackle on a goal line stand. Just had two huge saves on loose pucks, with everyone crashing the crease and whacking at the puck.

On the first one (which was reviewed and discounted), as Flyers were trying to poke in a rebound under Rask's pads, the ref jumped right on the back of the net to get a straight-down view. In all the hockey I've watched, I don't think I've ever seen that. Good to see the officials step it up in the playoffs!

Flyers complte the comback after Gagne scores the go-ahead with 7 mins left in the 3rd. Boston held to 5 and 6 shots in the last two periods after firing 14 in the 1st for 3 goals. Hell of an effort by Rask, but too many chances for Philly. 4-3 final after 0-3 start for Flyers (both game and series).
