There is ZERO belief in Norvell.
FSU just blew their wad on stadium renovations and gave Norvell a MASSIVE extension after utilizing the Michigan "9th" year playbook on graduate transfers nationally. They'd owe him $57M in a buyout. They truly cannot afford it.
They had a one year window, similar to Michigan, and it blew up in their face when Jordan Travis's leg exploded....which did legitimately suck for them bc I think they had enough to beat Michigan with a healthy Travis in 2023.
But like Michigan imported a bunch of graduate transfer defensive and offensive lineman exploting "covid" loophole, it wasn't going to be sustainable when you don't develop your own talent, only import it.
