Came home nursing my cold, make a cocktail, and turned on TV, only to see FSU versus Florida. Crap! I'd forgotten about the mid-week game. Florida is enjoying an 8 game run over the Clown College. Gators were down 0-6 bottom of the 5th, but I sat down to watch anyway.
It was an enjoyable 20-7 Gator win.
So, it's not college football, but fuck the Noles - and given the score, maybe it's appropriate to post here.
whats it like to watch Baseball? asking for a friend...
That's a lacrosse score. If baseball had as much scoring as lacrosse _and_ they were able to hit each other with their sticks, I might be convinced to watch more than three innings in a year.
Truth
Do people watch lacrosse ?
Truth
Yup, some wlllingly and even some more are forced to before the tOSU spring football game.
Not trying to be a dick but it's been a rough couple of weeks and I'm edgy as fuck and well...you started it....FIRE BEALS
Sorry for the rough couple of weeks.
My comments are tongue in cheek about the baseball thing. It’s not my bag, and frankly neither is basketball... that said, I know that I’m in a severe minority having those feelings.
Hope things turn around for ya.
But you do have to admit that baseball would be a lot more fun if they got to hit each other with bats. Imagine a game where the hitter kept his bat and was able to use it while he ran the bases. Am I right?
whats it like to root for a College Baseball program that gives a shit? asking for a friend...
There was a time in my life when January 2nd till the middle of September was filled with Lucas and Havlicek, the NCAAs, opening day, the Indy 500, the Derby/Preakness/Belmont, and the Reds. That’s almost gone. There’s Buckeye season and the NFL playoffs and a dead zone.
There should be some kind of a warning system for the rest of us, when the fringe are going to talk about things like college baseball and lacrosse.
