Bank Greene on the BM5 today had an interesting take on Kamar, who he knows personally from following IMG in Florida:
1. When he first watched him play he could see the athleticism but the hips were stiff. He thought safety-until he found out Kamar was fighting through an injury. Now that he sees him healthy he sees a much better corner prospect and calls him " Coombs kinda player".
2. Says Kamar is driven to excel which is why he left his home to play for "the best" in IMG,and why he wants to play for "the best" at the next level as well which brings us to..
3.Coombs loves guys that he can count on to plug in anywhere in the def. backfield..Kamar checks that box. The Buckeyes are in great shape here.
