I honestly say, without exaggeration due to being pissed off about losing today, Ohio State is a mid to low level MAC team.

I witnessed baseball recruiting due to my son and alot of his buddies on travel circuit and ohio state baseball was rarely discussed. Wright st and kent were that's for sure

I remember how underwhelmed I was when they hired Beals. "Settled" doesn't cover it. They had shots at other Ohio programs coaches that went on to the SEC and the PAC-12. But they hired Beals. I can almost hear Smith say - "but I really don't give a fuck"
