Here’s the full slate of college football games this weekend and how to watch.
With only two weeks left of the 2017 regular season of college football, the Week 12 slate of games doesn’t have the same kind of anticipation as last week’s. There is only one ranked matchup and few rivalry games this weekend, and the Ohio State Buckeyes have their most “meh” game in weeks, at 3:30 p.m. against the Illinois Fighting Illini.
It never hurts to get a break from games that have you glued to the front of your seat, and next weekend’s big rivalry matchup against Michigan will likely be filled with 60 minutes of nail-biting and yelling at Jim Harbaugh and his stupid khakis.
Until then though, the Week 12 lineup does feature a few matchups that should be worthy of your attention. In the noon time-slot, we’ve got the one ranked game of the week, No. 24 Michigan against No. 5 Wisconsin, and Virginia looking to give No. 3 Miami a hard time (and their first loss) on Saturday.
The Buckeyes will share some of the afternoon spotlight with the Navy vs. No. 8 Notre Dame game (which isn’t a terrible “back” option if you’re watching Ohio State from the comforts of your home). The night game of interest will be UCLA vs No. 11 USC. With both teams featuring draft prospects at QB, there will be a large NFL scouting contingency attending and reviewing this matchup.
