rubber johnny was actually a very low budget horror flick.. I think that video was part of the trailer.

Well I had thought all along that the video was just a music video for the group Aphex Twin, but after reading the info on the site you linked it said that they did the music for this short film. You should check out some of Aphex Twin's music videos though, pretty screwed up in their own rights.
