In your post, just use the
createlink.gif
button and paste in the URL of the Youtube video. Then, make sure the link description isn't the URL (as it is by default) but rather an actual description. If you leave the link description as the actual link text, then the parser assumes it's just a link and not a Youtube video and won't display the video player. Your link should look like this (replacing the "{" and "}" with "[" and "]"):
