I had the pleasure of having 'Turducken' last night at a 'pre-thanksgiving' party in Denver. It kicks ass, I recommend 'Turducken' to all the meat eaters out there.

Any meat dish endorsed by John Madden has to be quality eating.

I like fried turkey injected with garlic butter sauce.

The day before we usually eat a venison roast and this year we are going to be lucky enough to enjoy one.

Stuffing (aka dressing) with sausage.

mmm....sausage in the stuffing is a must. My mom makes the best stuffing ever, with the giblets, sausage, sage and some cornbread mixed in with the white bread.

Love cranberry relish, too. The kind made with whole fresh cranberries ground up with oranges. Not the jello-type stuff that comes out of a can.
