Actually, for road trips, I prefer sunflower seeds... especially if I'm driving alone.

Don't the windows get funky when you try to spit out the husk and it sticks on the window?

I would say fans of the scarlet Starburts are true Buckeye fans. You probably buy them there fancy Starbursts.

Scarlet is obviously the best, but he said red... Wiscy fan!

I still like the orange ones. Guess I'm going to have to root for Clemson. :)

I can't eat sunflower seeds in the car... the whole spitting the shells thing, plus they're salty, which makes you drink a lot, which makes you have to pee. I don't like to stop to pee.

Twizzlers are better road trip food. The red ones, preferably the peel-and-eat variety. :p

The peel-and-eat are no good if you're the driver. You have to use one hand to hold the twizzler and the other hand to peel off the single piece. In which case.....who's driving? :p

Gumi bears and other gummy candy rock for long car trips. Plenty sweet, but not so sweet that you have to drink something while you eat them.
As a bonus, you can leave them in your hot glove box and get a gummi-mass where all the candy is congealed into one giant chewy piece of gummi!
