Favorite seafood establishment

Years ago, friends drove me two hours through the middle of nowhere to a little place overlooking the Chesapeake Bay... definitely worth the long drive, but I don't recall the name. :(

Captain George's in Williamsburg was a real treat.

That reminds me... the best crab cakes I've ever had was in the Northern Neck of Virginia, along the Chesapeake. I cannot remember the name of the place.

Phillippi Creek Village Restaurant and Oyster Bar in Sarasota, FL.

Phillippi Creek Village Restaurant & Oyster Bar

There isn't shit in the Akron area. Damn I need a vacation.

We love that place. The food is pretty good, but it is a great place to go drink beer and hang out. Our condo is right across the bridge when you head back to the beach.

In Columbus not much choice; Barcelona almost always has a killer seafood special

Cleveland : Blue Point Grille

Ate at a place called Scoma(sp) in San Fran that was phenomenal

Ate at a place in Digby, Nova Scotia that pulled scallops and lobsters right off the boat. Can't remember the name.

In Charleston; Cypress Grill or SNOB are my favs.

true, but its actually pretty good (for not being close to the ocean)

One of our favorite sushi restaurants is Akai Hama (formerly Restaurant Japan) in Columbus (we ate there last week, just to make sure :)). I don't know how, but the fish is always amazingly fresh there.
