I drink a Monster on the way to work(0400-0430), followed by water from 0430-0530 before PT from 0530-0700. I'll drink more water after PT until I get dressed for work ~0830, then it's Diet Mountain Dew, Gatorade and Camel Back the rest of the day.

Coffee is the lifeblood of Wall St. First cup is ambrosia. Have noticed many women who work here go for Diet Dr Pepper in the morning. Not sure why.
