I don't know what constitutes or how to classify the signature gravy that KFC puts on their mashed potatos, but I choose that one.
Also, what Americans calls spaghetti sauce or pasta sauce, Italians refer to as gravy.

Or beef gravy, which is also a choice, since there is beef sausage.
