That's a pain in the buns
I thought this would be kind of cool to see what everyone's favorite food/meal to cook/eat is, and how do you make it? I know we have grilling threads etc, but this is on a broader scale. Really part of the reasons I'm doing this is to try new foods/meals that people already make and love. So what do you love and how do you make it?
Mods if there's already a thread like this, merge-away (and I apologize, I did a quick search)
Mine: Enchiladas (makes 4 enchiladas)
-Grille chicken breasts (usually 2-3 small ones) until cooked
-Once cooled a bit, shred the chicken breasts
-Put shredded chicken in a bowl with cheese (roughly one bag shredded), and sour cream. With the sour cream I eye ball it because I don't like there to be too much
-Mix those 3 together
-Lay tortillas flat on counter and put as much "filling" as you want
-Roll the tortillas up and stick in pan where they all lay snug together
-Pour enchilada sauce over top (roughly 1can)
-Preheat oven to 325
-Cook for 20-25 minutes or until you see "filling" bubble
-I usually make spanish rice that compliments the enchiladas nicely
