i chew Lonhorn fine cut natural b/c it's cheaper than Cope or Skoal. i used to chew Skoal peach & apple, which every now and then i do when i'm blessed with alot of $$$$

Let me know how you quit b/c I have tried and it seems like a week and I'm dipping again. i did it for 30 days while in the pokey, but as soon as I got out I had a dip in.
