Bell's Brewery and Eccentric Cafe in Kalamazoo MI.

The food is just average, but the brew makes up for it. a really cool place to visit, take a tour of the brewery and sample some brews. Only downside is that it's in Michigan.

Squatters in, of all places, Salt Lake City (Mormontown USA). Best I have had nationwide, and I've spent my share of time in Portland, which is probably where the whole brewpub concept started in the US.

Here in Columbus, Barleys takes it by a large margin.

Squatter's has been very good for a long time! If you visit SLC it's a must stop.

Santa Fe Brewing Co. in SF New Mexico is gainig a rep for food and entertainment for a "new" brewpub.

This is a tough question because the term "brew pub" can refer to so many things. If you just mean a place that brews their own beer where you can also eat, I would agree that the Great Lakes Brewery is where its at. I've also enjoyed the Ellysian Brewery in Seattle. I could go on forever, but instead I'll post this link:

What's Your Brewpub? - Beer - CHOW

As a side note, for those of you that love to eat, drink, and be merry, Chowhound.com is a must-use. Check out the regional message boards for restaurant recommendations, and sign up for their recipe of the day if you like to cook.
Is the Elevator still in business? Any new brewpubs in Columbus? Want to plan ahead for my trip home next week
Yes.

Some of the most overrated food in Columbus as well.

Went there once, and that was enough times for me.

I agree Thump. But they still have some good beer. Save yourself the extra money and make your way to Barley's.

Saurkraut Balls.
